Zack Lodmer is an Attorney in DeHay & Elliston’s complex litigation defense group. Mr. Lodmer’s work at the firm is encompasses everything from case intake to trial including case management in complex commercial litigation, depositions, discovery, and the drafting of various pleadings and motions.
Prior to Joining DeHay & Elliston, Mr. Lodmer was a Deputy City Attorney with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, where he conducted over 20 trials to verdict. Mr. Lodmer also brings several years of plaintiff’s side civil litigation experience to the firm.
Mr. Lodmer received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from University of Pennsylvania and received his Juris Doctorate at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was awarded the Witkin Excellence for the Future award in legal writing.
