Biography
Kim Ratcliff has been managing mass toxic tort litigation for clients at DeHay & Elliston for 20 years. Her current practice focuses primarily on the defense of premises owner liability and product liability personal injury cases. Among her responsibilities, Kim manages asbestos litigation for a major energy company, including coordination of the client’s discovery practice throughout the country. Kim also has handled several family law cases on a pro bono basis.
Kim came to DeHay & Elliston after eight years in government practice in her native Arkansas. She has advised numerous local government officials on matters ranging from employment law to FOIA. She represented the State in criminal cases on both the trial and appellate levels and was an active member of several professional associations related to government practice.
Kim recently completed the Dallas Bar Association Diversity, Equity & Inclusion CLE Challenge for 2022.
