Biography
Jeff Marosz is a partner in the Dallas office of DeHay & Elliston. He joined the firm in 1998 and practices in the area of mass toxic tort defense. In addition to his practice, he has handled cases with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program involving estate planning and guardianship issues.
Mr. Marosz has over 20 years of experience defending some of the nations prominent petrochemical and manufacturing companies. He has particular experience in defending premises owners and product manufacturers in asbestos expsoure cases.
Mr. Marosz graduated from the University of Dayton with a business degree in accounting and communication. He received his law degree from the Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School. During law school, Mr. Marosz handled cases as a legal intern through the Sixty Plus Elder Law Clinic. He also served as the student President for the clinic.
