Gary Elliston and Jennifer Judin Receive Defense Verdict in Texas Case
Partners Gary Elliston and Jennifer Judin tried the case of Judith Koranda et al. v. ACandS, Inc. et al., in Dallas, Texas in March 2003. Plaintiffs Carol Rollins and Jim Koranda filed a lawsuit on behalf of their deceased mother, alleging household exposure to asbestos-containing joint compound while her husband performed household renovations. The jury found in favor of Defendant Union Carbide.
