DeHay & Elliston, LLP doubled the litigation capacity of its toxic tort, products liability and general defense practice groups with the addition of four experienced trial attorneys.

On May 1, 2020, attorneys Thomas Bernier, Jessica Butkera, Brendan Fitzpatrick and Scott McDowell joined DeHay & Elliston’s Baltimore office, adding a combined 75+ years of litigation experience to the firm’s national and local Maryland and District of Columbia litigation teams.
