David J. Quigg joined DeHay & Elliston, L.L.P. as a Partner in December 2017. Mr. Quigg’s practice focuses primarily on toxic tort defense, products liability cases involving equipment and machinery manufacturers, corporate and insurance defense, and fire and property damage subrogation matters. He has represented clients in products liability and commercial litigation matters on a local and national level since 2000, with particular experience in complex litigation and defending asbestos-related cases.
Mr. Quigg received his Bachelor of Science degree from Villa Julie College in 1996. Mr. Quigg then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate, in December 1999. Mr. Quigg is admitted to state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
