Jennifer Judin Secures Defense Verdict In California Toxic Tort Case

In November 2009, Jennifer Judin tried an asbestos personal injury case in Los Angeles, California on behalf of Kaiser Gypsum and Kaiser Cement against Paul & Hanley LLP in the case of Richard F. and Joann Buccola v. Kaiser Gypsum, et al. Mr. Buccola, who was diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma, contended he was exposed to asbestos from Kaiser Gypsum and Kaiser Cement products. The jury returned a defense verdict finding no liability on either of Ms. Judin's clients.
